3.LOOK ONLINE FOR DEALS
4.START LOOKING AT FASHION MAGS..TO SEE WHAT THE HOTTEST TRENDS ARE BEFORE THEY BECOME POPULAR..THEREFORE,YOU SAVE MONEY BECAUSE A LOT OF PEOPLE AREN'T BUYING THE SAME THINGS RIGHT NOW.
